Makkiah at Mingus Park in Coos Bay, OregonThings are set up for S'te son Makkiah's surgery coming up.
This is set for October 14 and these are the procedures:
G-tube (feeding tube), fundo, pyloroplasty, rigid and flexible bronchoscopy, larynoguscopy, endoscopy, sinus biopsy and possible lung biopsy. There will be 4 specialists assisting the pediatric gastrology surgeon with the various procedures and tests. The Doctors have warned that this is a very high-risk surgery due to his respiratory, allergen, and gastric problems.
This sure a lot to have done on such a little guy as he is just 8 years old.
I know we will all be watching to see how well he comes through this fresh ordeal and our prayers go to him and his family.

Thank you for the post. We will be traveling up to be with the family for this. I don't think I've ever been so scared for one of the grand-kids. All of your prayers will be greatly appreciated. Thanks again from the 'Great Northwest'!
