Once again I have received some sad news.
Our friendly neighbor Willam (Lou) Conners
went to meet with his heavenly father this morning
in Penn. Nancy was with him and she has some of her
family with her to help her grieve.
Debbie & Rod are leaving Lakewood Village in a day or two
to go up and be with her mother and lend her support.
There will be a memorial service up north on Wednesday with
their family . When Nancy can return to our Village she wants
to have a celebration of life right here at Lakewood.
We want her to know that everyone knew Lou and admired him
for all the help he gave to Lakewood Village.
Our condolences are with them all.

Lou will be greatly missed at the Village. He cared deeply about our little slice of oasis as well as had a sense of humor that can't be denied. I will miss our 'round table discussions' at the weekly coffees. Or sympathies go out to Nancy and the rest of his family as they go thru this difficult time.
